I recently received an email asking how I do data collection.  I know personally in just the 2 years I’ve been working, I’ve had 20 different data sheets.  So either I’m very inefficient, or there are a million ways to keep data.  I would love it if I could get some readers to email me your data collection sheets with instructions.  I will then post as many as I can and you all can search and hopefully find one that works for you and your setting.
